The Problem : You view a photo and it keeps rotating 90% wrong from how you want to display it.
This works : Start with your phone flat, camera facing down. Now raise the camera to the orientation you want and snap a picture. You just snapped a picture that displays the way you snapped it.
This fails : Raise the camera to portrait or landscape and then rotate it 90% before snapping a picture. You just snapped a picture that will display rotated 90% wrong when viewed.
